Final day in Prague and mainland Europe ends in a bit of a drama. John had his wallet lifted from his pocket on the Underground. With hindsight, I could see it being orchestrated with a girl creating difficulty with the door opening at the station and a fellow behind me pushing really hard. We came back to the hotel to make certain that he did not leave it behind which he had not so the balance of the day was taken up in cancelling cards and making a police report. Too bad but it definitely happens.
We loved Prague but words to the wise for anyone visiting: beware of the taxis, find out the fixed price before you order anything, do not eat the bread delivered to the table unless you wish to pay an unspecified price for it and beware of the public transit.
Tomorrow we head to England for the final leg of this adventure where we have the advantage of knowing the language and the rules of the game.
Wonderful adventure so far.
