Hey folks ~we are missing you. Post some comments so we know what is going on at home. Is the cat still alive? how is work? Your bunions? Anything. Kathy, how is Babs doing? Has she broken down and go a bus pass yet? Gone to the Garden Centre? Sorry, forgot about the snow storm.
Heading out for breakfast ~ hope to have a raft of comments to read later. Maggie
hey guys - we sure miss you here - love the blog - all is well at work - well except that jp has decided to transfer out - only kidding - the cat is great - dusty and the other cat both sleep with tamara on the bed - they are getting along just famously. In fact, Tamara wants to keep her. Have fun - we have started a shrine in your office and think of you all the time. LOL, Trish
ReplyDeleteJohn:
ReplyDeleteYou mean you were in London and didn't stop to see Iron Man 2? Seeing as you didn't get to watch it before you left, I would have suspected that you would have taken advantage of the fact that it was already showing in the UK. There is always another flight you know.
Trish and I are going to see it tomorrow :-).
Do you have any plans to go to a football game while you're in Barca? I would imagine that being there with all those hot-blooded Catalonians would be quite the experience.
Cheers, Philip
Hi Maggie & John, Things are going very well here. Babs has gone to town on my house. I do not think my iron & ironingboard have had this much use since I bought them 20 years ago. Fred left Friday morning to go and see his Mom and will return on Wednesday. Today Babs and I are going to a new mall in Balzac called Crossiron Mills and stoping by to see Rose at a fundraising event. She will probably come by tomorrow and them stay with Babs on Monday and Tuesday night (Must get her out before Fred gets home) LOL. Babs still does not have a bus pass, but this could change. The weather has definately changed for the better. Will be 18 by Friday and Fred and Babs can start walking. We are all glad to hear about your adventures daily. We miss you guys too.
ReplyDeleteWe have our share of hot-blooded Cats ~ they are partying outside our window to 4AM.
ReplyDeleteHoping that Ironman 2 is showing somewhere in our travels; maybe tomorrow on the cruise ship. It would be even better if it is in English but understand that it may be great even without sound as it is more action than soul. Can't wait to see Black Widow ~ always had a thing about her.
As for the shrine, no need as cash donations will be sufficient.
Glad to hear of Dusty's survival now that she is out of the closet. Will pass this info onto Mum/Babs.
Cheers old things,
John & Maggie
Hey Kathy and Babs,
ReplyDeleteTrish has let us know that Dusty is alive and well and is out of the closet. It appears that there is a good chance that she (the cat) may not want to come home when we get back.
As we may not have Web access on Sunday ~ Happy Mother's Day to both. Have fun at the mall.
John & Maggie
Babs would like you to know to know that she is loving spending time with me. She is having so much fun with Rolie and the turtle. She had her first day alone with Rolie yesterday and Rolie thanked her by pooping in her room. She now realized that he needs to go out more than once a day. I will be taking her to the garden centre tomorrow so she can buy some plants and we will just keep them in the living room until we can plant them.
