Took this picturejust from our driveway before we left Peachland. After I wiped my eyes (it was an emotional moment) we were ready for the road. I will miss the lake but hopefully the scenary we are about to see will help alliaviate the withdrawal.
Need to pick up a couple of books from Chapters today for the trip. Limited to two because of the restrictions on the luggage.
Anyway we made good time to Calgary yesterday and got a great nights sleep so I am ready for the day.
Heading into town for last minute purchases, their have to be a few.
